Can I amend or add to an order if it has already been placed?

We will do our utmost to accommodate changes, such as address updates. However, if the order is already in processing or during busy times like Black Friday or Christmas, this may not be possible. Contact us promptly at info@cascatahair.ie, and we’ll confirm if your order can be amended.

Yes, we deliver to all 32 counties of Ireland, select European countries and the UK.

For sustainability reasons, we don’t include a pack list or pricing inside our orders.

Delivery within Ireland costs €6.95.

We offer a 14-day return policy from the receipt of your order. Items must be unopened, unused, and with security seals intact. Hair extensions must retain their gold ties. Contact us for return authorization and use registered post or a tracked service.

All orders must be placed via our website due to order volume.

Click the “Email When Available” tab on the product page and enter your email. You’ll be notified when it’s back in stock.

In order to find a particular product, type the product name in the search box located on the top right of each page. The search will bring up that particular product. You can also browse through our range of products using the store categories located on the top of each page.

To add a product to your basket, simply click the “basket” icon or when you click into the product information you can click “Add To Basket” located under the products price. This will automatically add the product to your basket.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Laser card, Paypal and Apple Pay. All prices are displayed and charged in Euro. Please ensure that your banking app security authentication is set up for shopping online.

You will be charged the same prices in salon and online unless stated otherwise on the offer. From time to time may run online only offers or in salon only offers but this will be stated on the offer.

We will make every effort to ensure that all orders are fulfilled, however we cannot guarantee the availability of all products. In the event of a product being unavailable a member of our team will contact you.

If an order is not fulfilled we will contact you by e-mail and/or telephone, setting out the reasons why the order cannot be fulfilled and if applicable, the revised date upon which it is expected that the order can be fulfilled.

We have security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. For maximum security, we use a secure server that encrypts all your ordering information, including your name, address. This information is not accessible to the Internet. Your browser must have the SSL feature enabled before engaging in shopping transactions with us.
